Shipping and Delivery Duration.
Once the order has been placed, it will be processed and dispatched the next working day. It takes 3 to 5 days for the product to be delivered after it has been dispatched. The number of days could vary depending on the customer’s location. Once the order is dispatched, we will e-mail and SMS you the tracking number and the courier/delivery partner details.
Schedule the time of delivery:
If the order is shipped, you can check the status at courier website and schedule the delivery by calling them.

- The99jewel delivers products internationally, all throughout the world.
- The99jewel sends all packages via reputed courier services such as Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, First Flight etc.
- The99jewel insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any product delivered, at which responsibility for your purchased product passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purpose (for example as a gift) then you accepts that evidence of a signature by them. This is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by The99jewel and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
REFUND:
